Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Wrenly ritual. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email support@wrenlyco.com with your order number and we will send you instructions.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@wrenlyco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
