How to brew.

i — Rinse

A quick warm-water rinse wakes the leaves. Pour it off.

ii — Steep

Add hot water and steep for a short pour, about 20–40 seconds.

iii — Pour

Decant through the strainer into the pitcher, then share into the cups.
